Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 24, 2026

HumanWeb AS wants everyone to be able to use Kaizena Life, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act, across our website and app.

Conformance status

Kaizena Life is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. The known limitations are:

  • Some older forms in the app label fields only with placeholder text and show errors as pop-up notifications instead of next to the field.
  • Live voice calls with the assistant have no live captions yet. Transcripts are available afterwards.
  • The project kanban board can only be rearranged with a mouse or touch.
  • The assistant's replies are not yet announced to screen readers as they stream in.

What we have done

  • Automated accessibility checks of our public pages show no violations as of October 2026.
  • Text contrast meets WCAG AA in all themes.
  • Keyboard focus is always visible.
  • We respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
