Questions people ask before signing up
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. You can use Kaizen Life on the free plan for as long as you like, with no card. Paid plans unlock the full assistant and the heavier features; the free tier is a real product, not a countdown.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes, from your billing settings, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call.
- Who can see my data?
- You. Every record is scoped to your account at the database level, not just hidden in the interface, and the assistant only reads what belongs to you. We do not sell data and we do not train public models on it.
- Can I delete my account and everything in it?
- Yes, from settings, and it removes your data rather than deactivating it. Sign in again during the grace period and the deletion is cancelled; after that it is gone.
- What can the assistant actually do?
- It reads your day and acts on it: triage email, move calendar events, add and complete tasks, capture a note or a meal from a photo, and place a phone call on your behalf. You reach it by chat, by natural voice, or by a video avatar.
- Which devices does it work on?
- iPhone, Android and any modern browser. It installs as an app on a phone and keeps working on the pages you have already opened when the connection drops.
